Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange and Returns:
All First Time London products are intended for personal use only. For your safety, returns or exchanges are not permitted—even if the product is unused—except in the following case:
- Products damaged during shipping:
- The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Clear photos showing the damage must be provided, along with the order number. The customer will be compensated with the same damaged product (replacement) or its value, subject to availability.
- The customer is not entitled to any compensation if the specified period has passed, or if the defect is caused by misuse or improper storage.
